Pivoting from Post Surveys to Check-ins


IMPORTANT!

  • Share this guidance with team members who are preparing for Post surveys.
  • Contact your HI Account Manager if you have questions or need assistance with creating new Check-in groups. 

 

 

WHEN TO PIVOT TO CHECK-IN SURVEYS

  • Your team was not able to gather sufficient Pre data due to programming changes, staff shortages or scheduling issues.
  • A number of new participants enrolled after Pre surveys were completed and it’s too far into the schedule to gather additional baseline data.
  • You’re facing significant time constraints or other challenges related to gathering matching Post data.
