Online Surveys

Have young people take surveys online if you have internet access on-site through a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. Because surveys are entered directly into the Hello Insight platform if they are take online, there will be not additional data entry needed and you will get access to reports in real-time.

Due to the federal law COPPA, young people age 13 and younger may only take surveys online if you have parent/legal guardian consent for them to access the internet.

Paper Surveys

If you do not have access to internet-connected devices for young people to take surveys on, you may use paper surveys. This will require survey data to be entered later. Hello Insight offers data entry services for a fee. Inquire at support@helloinsight.org.

For young people age 13 and younger, you do not need to obtain parent/legal guardian consent for them to access the internet if they take surveys online. However, you must still collect consent for any young people to be surveyed.
